4.2 E-mail signature with DKIM procedure

Not only in security-critical industries such as banks, insurance companies or when sending to US webmailers such as AOL, Googlemail, Outlook.com or Yahoo is it recommended to sign your e-mails. The Certified Senders Alliance (CSA) also requires all its members to sign their mailings accordingly in order to benefit from CSA whitelisting. And even if you intend to use the DMARC procedure, DKIM is a prerequisite. For this purpose, the OpenEMM supports the DKIM ("Domain Keys Identified Mail") procedure, which has established itself as the standard for sender authentication.

In order to use this e-mail signature, a private key, which must be deposited for your account, and a public key, are required for entry in the DNS. In addition, you will need a paid extension for the OpenEMM. If you are interested, please contact the AGNITAS customer advisors.
