2.2 Functions of the E-Marketing Manager

The E-Marketing Manager from AGNITAS AG has some special features that enable you to send newsletters to your customers with flexibility, speed and precision. And this is done in record time: The E-Marketing Manager can send up to 500,000 e-mails per hour.

You start by transferring all your e-mail addresses into the E-Marketing Manager database. No need to worry: your data is safely stored with us, because it is protected with the most secure technologies currently available.

New e-mail addresses are imported via the import function, the web interface or directly by the customer or prospect. Using a web interface, customers and prospects can subscribe to your newsletter, modify their individual profile data at any time or unsubscribe from the newsletter. In order to suggest to your customers that they are still located on your website, the web interface on your site is incorporated in a frame. The first subscription page can still be located on your server. Each entry of data, however, is made directly on the AGNITAS server via secure access.

The data that the customer enters via the web interface is immediately stored in your database, which is located on the AGNITAS server. Each newsletter recipient is assigned their own individual ID. The Customer ID is transmitted encrypted in all links. In this way, only the recipient has access to his own data, which he can maintain himself at any time via the web interface.

Using the web access specially set up for you, you can now retrieve and modify the data of each individual customer, and understand customer-specific page queries. The EMarketing Manager makes extensive mailing statistics available to you in a graphic representation, enabling you to make a mailing-related evaluation. This allows you to set up variable and flexible user rights according to your exact requirements. While some employees, for instance, may only evaluate data, others will be allowed to create new mailings.

AGNITAS AG puts the highest priority to data security and therefore supports TLS encryption in the mailing delivery. As far as the requested target server can decrypt TLS, the mailings are sent encrypted as default. Thus, AGNITAS AG always requests encrypted communication first.
