5 Mediapool

This media organization system stores all newsletter contents for the Layout Builder. This includes posts, images and background images. To permit you to work as efficiently as possible with Layout Builder, the program lets you upload these three components before the actual newsletter production and then reuse them as you wish.

To call Mediapool, in the E-Marketing Manager main menu, click on the entry Files. EMarketing Manager then shows the standard Mediapool submenu. The other sub menu is called Categories.

The following formats are supported by the Media Pool: - Images: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, svg, ico, WebP - PDF: pdf - JSON files - Fonts: eot, otf, ttf, woff, woff2 - Videos: 3g2, 3gp, avi, flv, mp4, mpg, mov, webm, wmv - Audio: mp3

If you are using Layout Builder within the account for the first time, Mediapool contains no contents. You should therefore first prepare the images of posts that you want, create categories in Mediapool for these and then upload the contents.
