15 Upload file
With the Upload menu point, E-Marketing Manager provides you with a function to exchange data quickly, and above all securely, via the AGNITAS server. This can, for example, be between a customer and Support, or between users within the same company. With this practical feature, E-Marketing Manager offers yet more security when dealing with confidential data, while at the same time fulfilling all legal data protection requirements. All uploaded files can be edited, downloaded and again deleted. They are stored for a maximum of fourteen days.

E-Marketing Manager lists all currently uploaded files in the Overview list. Every entry has important parameters assigned such as an Upload ID, the File name, date of creation (Creation date), File size as well as the date until which the file is available (Available until). Each file can be edited by means of the two symbols at the end of the line. Clicking
on the left-hand symbol ( ) downloads the file. With the right-hand trash symbol ( ) you can delete the selected file from the server.

If you are using the function for the first time, or if there are currently no files available, click on New File Upload in the upper right. First, choose via the Browse button in the field Upload file the file that has to be uploaded. Then fill out the four mandatory fields First name, Last name, Phone and E-mail to permit other users to later determine who uploaded the file.
You can select a further user who is permitted to view the file in the Upload for User selection list. The file is always available to you.
Now enter the email address of the recipient (Enter e-mail) in the lower area of the Upload window. The recipients is subsequently notified automatically by E-Marketing Manager per email and is also given the name of the file concerned.
