16.10 Master

The Master menu item is only visible to our customers' master users. Here you can set System messages, Decode links, Unblock IP address, manage your Supervisor, and edit your Client setup. You can configure the following settings in the individual categories:

System messages: In this area, you can set system notifications for your customers/employees. You have the option of adding your company logo and legal notice to the messages.

Decode link: If you have an rdir link that you want to check, you can enter it in the input field. By clicking on Decode, you will receive information about which mailing the link is used in and which recipients have received/clicked on the link.

Unblock IP address: If a user has entered their password incorrectly too many times and is therefore denied login, the IP address used can be reactivated in this tab.

Supervisor: This menu item allows you to create new supervisors and edit existing ones. Among other things, you can manage which clients a supervisor has access to here.

Client setup: In this area, you can enable various features for individual clients of your choice. More specifically, you can set up frequency counters, behavior tracking, profile field history, and push notifications.
