16.4 Inbox

The Inbox belongs to the Response processing and can be found under

Administration. All response mailings that are intercepted by your specially created response processing are displayed here. It does not matter whether you have specified a forwarding address or not. A filter helps you to keep an overview.

In this menu item, you have the option of viewing the mailings you have received, deleting them or responding via email.
